This includes a commitment by our directors to be fully engaged and to ensure we meet the requirements of our clients as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Our obligation to continual improvement will ensure our QMS remains effective.
The director acting as Quality Manager is responsible for the quality system and reporting regularly to the management team on the system’s implementation, status and effectiveness. The Quality Manager is also responsible for updating the Quality Manual and communicating all quality issues.
