System Design

Simply put, the technical aspects of your av project should be assessed to ensure the solution matches your requirements such as compatibility with your existing and proposed technology, timescales and budget. SPC Group can design your av system to achieve your objectives.

Project Management

As experienced project managers, either working around other contractors or on our own, we are efficient at delivering projects as specified. We will work with you at the planning stage to understand the particulars of your business which may impinge on the project so that we are able to plot realistic timeframes and results.

To complete the project we will always provide a professional handover so that you are able to understand and use the equipment.

Installation

Simple projector and screen, complex operations room, general meeting rooms, displays for information and advertising in public spaces – we have the installation experience for all types of av systems. We start with a site survey (no obligation) so we can determine the feasibility of the installation, suggest any alternatives to the system and then provide our quotation, including options. Before we start the installation we will prepare RAMS if required.

To complete the installation we will provide a professional handover to ensure you are comfortable with the operation of the equipment.

Hire and Events

If you are hosting a special event, a simple conference or an open day we can help with your staging and audio visual requirements. Supply of the products to site, provision of technicians for the set up and breakdown, assistance throughout your event, let us help make your event a success.

Technical support

On-site and telephone support is offered which is fully backed up by the manufacturers we chose to work with.

For contract customers a 24 hour support line is available.

Maintenance and service

Maintenance contracts are available with agreed call-out times and preventative maintenance visits. Some contracts include regular cleaning of equipment to ensure filters are kept clear and air flow allowed to pass over components that require it which is very important in large public areas.
